Redeeming Grace Ministries

Our Calling, Our Story, Our Heart
Welcome to Redeeming Grace Ministries
We're glad you're here!
At Redeeming Grace Ministries, our heart is to see the Body of Christ grow in spiritual maturity, pastors and leaders strengthened in their calling, and churches equipped to become healthy, thriving communities of faith.
We believe that those who spend their lives caring for others need encouragement, renewal, and meaningful relationships themselves. Through teaching, leadership development, retreats, prayer, and genuine hospitality, we seek to create opportunities for people to be refreshed in God's presence and strengthened for the work He has called them to do.
Whether you're a pastor, ministry leader, or someone simply wanting to learn more about us, we invite you to discover our story, explore our ministries, and consider how we might encourage you in your journey of faith.
Our Story
One Calling. Many Seasons. A Faithful God.
The story of Redeeming Grace Ministries is one of God's faithfulness through many seasons of ministry. It is a journey marked by prayer, obedience, unexpected opportunities, and a continuing desire to see the Body of Christ grow into maturity.
While Redeeming Grace Ministries was formally established in 2005, its roots reach back much further.
My journey in pastoral ministry began in 1988. Through years of serving churches, planting congregations, preaching, teaching, and building relationships with fellow ministers, the Lord developed in me a deep concern for the spiritual health of His Church.
I loved seeing people come to Christ and grow as disciples. But I also became increasingly aware of the challenges faced by pastors and leaders who had been entrusted with caring for God's people.
Who was encouraging them? Who was strengthening them? Where could they go to be refreshed and renewed?
Those questions would eventually help shape the direction of Redeeming Grace Ministries.
A New Season of Ministry
In early 2016, following a difficult season of pastoral ministry, Deb and I found ourselves at another crossroads.
We had several possibilities before us, but our desire was not simply to find a comfortable place to settle. We wanted to know what God was calling us to do next.
That February, I spent several days in prayer, fasting, and silence at a property in Troy, New Hampshire, formerly known as Amazing Grace Farm.
During those days, I filled twelve handwritten journal pages with prayers, impressions, and possibilities for the future.
The very first word I wrote was:
TRUST!!!
As I sought the Lord, the possibility of establishing a place for pastoral renewal, leadership development, retreats, and ministry began to take shape.
Deb and I continued praying and seeking counsel, and eventually we believed the Lord was leading us to Troy.
On March 31, 2016, we completed our move and began establishing what would become the Redeeming Grace Leadership and Training Conference Center.
A Vision and Mission That Guide Us
Shortly after arriving, a trusted friend encouraged me to clearly define the vision and mission of Redeeming Grace Ministries.
After spending time in prayer and reflection, two statements emerged that expressed what God had been developing in my heart through years of ministry.
Our Vision
Leading the Body of Christ into Maturity.
Our Mission
Strengthening Pastors and Leaders Who Can Build Healthy Churches and Advance God's Kingdom.
These statements have remained unchanged.
They are more than words on a page. They express the calling that guides our preaching, teaching, leadership development, retreats, and ministry relationships.
Establishing a Place for Renewal
The property in Troy offered a beautiful setting near Mount Monadnock, surrounded by the natural beauty of southwestern New Hampshire.
But the building needed considerable attention.
There were rooms to prepare, furnishings to replace, repairs to make, and countless practical details to address.
With help from friends and supporters, we began transforming the property into a welcoming place where pastors, leaders, couples, and ministry teams could come away from their daily responsibilities.
By the summer of 2016, we were welcoming our first guests.
The following winter brought significant challenges concerning the future of the property. We faced a deadline to purchase it without access to traditional financing.
During that uncertain season, an unexpected ministry opportunity expanded our understanding of what the Center could become. Within the same period, an unforeseen financing arrangement opened the way for us to purchase the property.
On February 28, 2017, Redeeming Grace Ministries became its owner.
What had begun as a step of faith was becoming an established home for ministry.
Our Heart for the Church
Today, the calling that brought us to Troy continues to shape our work.
We believe pastors and leaders need encouragement, strengthening, and opportunities for renewal. We believe healthy churches are essential to advancing God's Kingdom. And we believe genuine relationships, hospitality, prayer, and fellowship are vital to the life of the Church.
Deb and I bring complementary passions to this work.
My heart is particularly drawn toward the harvest field—reaching people for Christ, making disciples, and equipping leaders.
Deb has a deep love for the vineyard—caring for those already gathered, creating welcoming environments, and helping people experience fellowship and belonging.
Together, we desire to create opportunities where people can encounter God's presence, grow in their relationships, and be strengthened for the work He has entrusted to them.
The Story Continues
Redeeming Grace Ministries has never been simply about a building or a particular program.
It is about serving Jesus Christ and strengthening His Church.
We are grateful for every person who has prayed, encouraged, supported, served, or participated in this journey.
And as we look toward the future, we continue to hold fast to the word that marked the beginning of our journey to Troy:
TRUST!!!
The story is still being written, and our desire remains the same—to faithfully follow the Lord wherever He leads.
One Calling. Many Seasons. A Faithful God.

Meet Jeff & Deb Tibbetts
Two Hearts. One Calling. A Shared Desire to Serve God's People.
Pastor Jeff and Deb Tibbetts share a deep love for Jesus Christ, His Church, and the people He has called them to serve. Together, they lead Redeeming Grace Ministries with a desire to see lives strengthened, relationships restored, and the Body of Christ growing into maturity.
Although they share the same calling, they often approach ministry from two different, yet wonderfully complementary, perspectives.
Jeff's heart is for the harvest field. Having served in pastoral ministry since 1988, he carries a passion for reaching people with the Gospel, making disciples, strengthening pastors and leaders, and helping churches become healthy and fruitful. His desire is not simply to see people come to Christ, but to see them grow into spiritual maturity and fulfill the purposes of God for their lives.
Deb's heart is for the vineyard. She has a particular gift for recognizing the needs of those already gathered and creating an atmosphere where people feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. Through hospitality, fellowship, encouragement, and attention to the details that make people feel at home, she helps create spaces where relationships can deepen and lives can be refreshed.
These two perspectives are not competing priorities. They are complementary expressions of the same love for Christ and His people.
At the Redeeming Grace Leadership and Training Conference Center in Troy, New Hampshire, their shared calling takes on a very personal expression. Whether welcoming a pastor in need of rest, hosting a leadership gathering, providing tailored retreat offerings and teachings, praying with someone who is struggling, or simply sharing a conversation around the table, Jeff and Deb desire that those who come through the doors experience genuine hospitality, spiritual encouragement, and the presence of God.
For them, ministry has never been simply about programs, buildings, or events. It is about people, relationships, and helping others become all that God has called them to be.
Their prayer is that everyone who connects with Redeeming Grace Ministries will leave encouraged, strengthened, and more deeply rooted in Jesus Christ.
